2. What we collect

  • Premium waitlist: email address, date joined, which form you used, a random invitation code and — if you joined through a friend’s link — that friend’s code.
  • Optional preferences: main platform, main game, goal and level, if you choose to share them.
  • Coach applications: name, email, main game, experience, best result, and optionally a profile link and message.
  • Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, time, page) kept by our host for security.

The practice planner stores nothing — your choices stay in the page address only.

3. Why, and our lawful basis

  • Sending your Premium invitation and related updates you asked for — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
  • Tailoring your invitation from preferences you chose to share — consent.
  • Assessing coach applications — steps taken at your request before a possible contract.
  • Keeping the site secure — legitimate interests.

4. Cookies

The public site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary session cookie is used only when an administrator signs in. If this changes, we will ask for consent first where required and update this page.

5. Sharing

We never sell your data. It is shared only with providers that run the service (hosting, and an email service when invitations are sent) under contracts that protect it. Transfers outside the UK/EEA use appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention

Waitlist data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and no longer than 12 months after Premium enrolment opens. Coach applications: up to 12 months. Server logs: typically up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object, and withdraw consent — contact support@mysticplayhall.com. You may complain to a data protection authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

8. Children

Our services are for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. Security

Data is stored outside the public part of the website, access is limited to authorised administrators, and the site is served over HTTPS.
