1. Who we are
Mystic Play Hall (https://mysticplayhall.com) is a video game coaching platform operated by Mystic Play Hall Analytics Ltd, company number 15498231, 85 Great Portland Street, First Floor, London, W1W 7LT, United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator.
2. Adults only — 18+
The site, the waitlist, coach applications and Premium are for adults aged 18 and over. By using them you confirm you are at least 18.
3. What we offer
We provide coaching content (the Journal), free tools such as the practice planner, and are preparing Premium, a paid one-to-one coaching programme. We do not offer gambling, betting, casino games, lotteries or any game played for money or prizes. We never play on your behalf, share accounts or offer boosting.
5. Invitation links
Waitlist members get a personal invitation link. Friends who join with it improve your place in the queue. Links have no cash value and cannot be exchanged. We may remove automated, duplicated or abusive sign-ups and adjust positions.
6. Coach applications
Applying to coach does not create an employment or contractor relationship. Selected applicants receive separate terms.
7. Free tools and content
The planner and articles give general guidance, not medical or professional advice. Take breaks and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.
8. Acceptable use
Do not disrupt the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, submit other people’s details or use it unlawfully.
9. Intellectual property
Our text, design and logo belong to us. Game names and trademarks belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with any publisher.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses from relying on general guidance or third-party sites. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law or affects your statutory rights.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; you keep any mandatory protections of your local law.
